Green Mile Farm, Babworth

Conversion of disused farm barns to form five mews houses and one detached house. The challenge was to create the dwellings with minimal alteration to the elevations as required by the planning authority to preserve the character of the original buildings. Internal layouts were planned to make best use of existing openings, with rooflights added to serve rooms at first floor level, where there were fewer existing windows.
