


A feasibility / capacity study for a waterside residential development site adjacent to the Haven Bridge. A site analysis and investigation of planning constraints led to the generation of a number of options illustrated by a variety of sketch plans and massing diagrams. Townscape issues, building heights and views were considered including adjacent built form and generation of frontages to the High Street, Whitehorse Lane and the Haven wharf. An internal courtyard provided public connection through the site from the streets to the wharf frontage.
