Brayford Pool

A masterplan for the redevelopment and improvement of the Brayford Pool in Lincoln to provide a new harbour centre and leisure facilities including landscaping and environmental works, in conjunction with a visitor centre, cafe and restaurant, linked to surrounding public realm improvements and commercial/ leisure developments. The proposed harbour centre building includes a Harbourmaster’s office, visiting boaters’ facilities, publicly accessible foyer area with space for information, small exhibitions, activities, performances etc., cafe and multi-purpose room for meetings, functions, small seminars etc.
