refurb and new build Canwick Hall, Lincoln

Scheme design and planning submission for conversion of this listed building to apartments, along with a new mews development in the grounds. Working closely with the local planning authority to agree the new-build scheme as enabling development, funds will be released for the repair and renovation of the hall.
