Mill View Close, Ingoldmells

A residential development of 52 mixed tenure affordable homes.

The houses were built using an Off-Site Manufactured timber frame system. The site and houses  were designed by place to incorporate Lifetime Homes and Secured by Design principles. The layout is designed to provide pedestrian-friendly streets with a clear hierarchy of spaces and traffic-calming measures including tree planted parking bays and shared surface areas.

Shortlisted for LABC Award for Building Excellence in East Midlands 2009.
