Mixed development, Lincoln Marina

Mixed residential water-front developments comprising an 11 storey private apartment block, 2 storey commercial block for office/restaurant use and a 6 storey student accommodation block. The copper and brick clad residential blocks will be constructed using an off-site manufactured (OSM) lightweight steel framing system with OSM bathroom pods, above a traditional steel framed ground floor. Brick cladding is also manufactured off-site using brick slips bonded to insulated panels.
