St George's & St Patrick's Courts E17

Extensive consultations were carried out with residents before and throughout this major renovation of two tower blocks in North-East London. The Work involved structural strengthening, brickwork re-cladding, new windows and construction of common rooms and entrance halls, in addition to a complete internal refurbishment of the flats and common areas, along with extensive landscaping works and children's play areas. The works were carried out with residents remaining in occupation through-out. (carried out by Stephen Palmer as a partner of BPTW)
