The houses are being built using an Off-Site Manufactured timber frame system. The site and houses incorporate Lifetime Homes and Secured by Design principles. The layout is designed to provide pedestrian-friendly streets with a clear hierarchy of spaces and traffic-calming measures including tree planted parking bays and shared surface areas.
