A new office development for the practice and associated planning consultancy and PR/design businesses in the cathedral quarter conservation area. The existing building has been replaced, except for side walls being retained and extended. The new 2 storey steel framed building makes maximum use of daylight from north and south elevations, with daylighting and natural ventilation via rooflights and ridge stack ventilators incorporated into the roof.
