Project Management

DEVELOPMENT

Planning your project from the outset is essential to achieve the maximum potential of your site.  We can help establish your aims and needs for your project and with your business planning, seeking input from stakeholders, potential funders and authorities.

With many years’ experience in the industry we can act as your advocate and advisor from funding applications to selecting and appointing the best qualified consultants and specialists to see your project through to a successful completion.

Starting with a feasibility study to examine a range of solutions and test the viability of each, we ensure that targets are set and monitored from inception to handover.  As well as examining planning and design solutions, we will also advise on the quality of materials and components, for both cost and environmental impact.

DELIVERY

: Project co-ordination

Reviewing your aims and objectives, we can guide your project through the detail design and construction stages ensuring that cost, time and quality targets are met throughout.  We will also make sure that town planning, regulation, environmental and health & safety issues are monitored and dealt with throughout the life of the project.

: Information and Design Management

Using the latest software, web and planning tools, we can co-ordinate and manage the project design and provide a fully integrated cloud-based digital dataset combining all the design and construction information for use by the whole project team.  As architects and project managers, we are uniquely well placed to lead and manage the Building Information Model (BIM) process and to manage project intranets.  Working collaboratively with the project team, the result is better managed construction with more certainty and better co-ordinated construction information.

: Handover and Facilities Management

We will make sure that your building is completed and handed over to you with all the relevant information and training, and monitor the building for defects while it is settling in so you can be sure that any issues will be resolved in a timely manner.
