A residential development of 12 apartments for the elderly and conversion of the former Ship Inn to a 4 bedroom residential property for the Gelder Group Ltd.

The residential development will consist of two, two storey apartment blocks of eight and four apartments respectively, providing a sensitive addition to the streetscape of Bridge Street. The layout of the buildings has been designed to maximise external gardens space; incorporating a communal seating area for the residents. The former public house is to be retained and converted into a 4 bedroom dwelling, with the internal layout reconfigured to provide more modern accommodation with plenty of natural light.
