The restaurant and lounge areas flow out and connect to an integrated landscaped garden courtyard on the south side of the building giving opportunities for outdoor activities by residents.
As well as the internal ‘street’ frontage entrances, the shops have a colonnaded frontage onto Lancaster Avenue, with multi-coloured cladding to enliven and engage with the street and local community.
