Mixed Residential Scheme Nottingham

Feasibility study for a mixed redevelopment scheme on an industrial site in the Nottingham suburb of Highbury to provide high quality apartments and townhouses. Options were investigated for development of the site at densities ranging from 55 to 88 units per acre, with alternative mixes of family townhouses and one to three bedroom apartments. The design included a tower to take advantage of views over the adjacent railway line to open green space beyond, with the blocks stepping down in height towards the Victorian terrace streets to the East of the site.
