roof replacement to school Nettleham

This project was to replace the existing flat roof to the school all with a new shallow 15° hipped standing seam roof. This will also incorporate photovoltaic panels to the south elevation, with an additional array of photovoltaic panels mounted on an area of flat roof to the east side of the hall.

The proposal replaces the existing flat felted roof which covers an area of approx 218m².

As the proposed site is adjacent to a conservation area careful consideration has been made to ensure the proposal does not diminish the special architectural and historic character of the area. The proposed roof will be constructed from powder coated standing seam metal roofing, with co-ordinating trims and gutter details.
